Shipping

The estimated delivery time for our jewelry is 10 to 15 working days. We will do our best to ship your purchase as soon as possible, but our designs are completely handmade products, which are made on demand with the color of metal and stones selected, so we need the time indicated above to make your jewel with all possible care.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase, setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Return or Right of Withdrawal

If the jewelry sent is not to your complete satisfaction, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging.

By contacting the customer service shop@marinagarcia.com we will arrange for the collection of the package at the address you provide. The collection will be FREE OF CHARGE in Spain and with a charge of 15€ in the European Union. For other countries, please contact us.

Once we have received the goods and checked their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, by the same means you have used for payment.
