At Marina Garcia we are committed to sustainability, which means producing only what the customer requests. In this way, we avoid excess inventory and the waste associated with any production process—even when the production is as fully artisanal as ours. For this reason, the estimated delivery time for our jewelry is 7 to 10 business days, except for Zen bracelets, which have a delivery time of 48 to 72 business hours.

If, for any reason, we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. If delivery exceeds 30 calendar days without an agreement with the customer, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

If no one is available at the delivery address and our carrier cannot reach you at the phone number provided in the order, the parcel will be held at a collection point or a new delivery attempt will be made. In such cases, you will have 48 hours to contact us and arrange a new shipment. If we do not receive a response within this period and are unable to establish contact, the order will be returned to our facilities. You may then request a new shipment by paying the corresponding additional shipping costs.


Returns or Right of Withdrawal

WHAT IS THE PERIOD FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exchange or return products purchased at www.marinagarcia.com. The returned items must arrive at our facilities within those 14 calendar days that the customer is legally granted; otherwise, the return cannot be approved.

All products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact; otherwise, no exchange or return can be processed. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items reach Marina Garcia in perfect condition.

All jewelry will be inspected upon receipt by the same quality control department that inspects each piece before it is shipped to our customers. If the items are not received in perfect condition, we will not be able to process the return. If the return is rejected, the products will be shipped back to the customer freight collect, with no possibility of refund.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

For a return to be accepted, the following requirements must be met:

  • Do not exceed the 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached.

  • Earrings and piercings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Personalized products (such as size adjustments or any alteration) cannot be returned.

  • Marina Garcia is not responsible for collecting products the customer wishes to exchange or return.

  • Shipping costs arising from exchanges or returns are borne by the customer; therefore, Marina Garcia will not accept any item sent cash on delivery (COD).

HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, you must process a return of the product and place a new order.

To proceed with the exchange, include the purchase invoice in the parcel, specifying the new order code.

Shipping costs derived from size or product changes must be borne by the customer. Marina Garcia is not responsible for any loss during shipping.

Marina Garcia will not accept freight-collect (COD) shipments.

Marina Garcia does not cover the shipping costs corresponding to the return and is not responsible for any loss the product may suffer during shipment. We recommend using a certified service or courier to ensure delivery. Marina Garcia will not accept freight-collect (COD) shipments.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once the items are received and verified at our offices, a full refund of the corresponding amount will be issued.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances, except when the return is due to an order error or a defective product.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

If you have received an item different from the one purchased, please notify us at shop@marinagarcia.com within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. We will send the correct item as soon as possible and arrange collection of the item sent in error.

At Marina Garcia we strive to check every order and every item shipped. If, in an exceptional case, you have received a defective piece of jewelry, please contact us immediately by email at shop@marinagarcia.com attaching an image of the flaw so that it can be handled by the appropriate department.
