Shipment

The estimated delivery time for our jewelry is 10 to 15 working days . We will do our best to send your purchase as quickly as possible, but our designs are completely handcrafted products, which are made on demand with the selected metal color and stones, so we need the time indicated above to make your jewelry with all possible care.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option of continuing with the purchase, setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the price paid.

Return or Right of Withdrawal

If you are not completely satisfied with the jewellery sent, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that the jewellery has not been worn and is in its original packaging.

By contacting customer service at shop@marinagarcia.com   we will arrange for the collection of the package at the address you provide. Collection will be FREE of charge in Spain and will incur a charge of €15 in the European Union. For other countries, please contact us.

Once we have received the merchandise and checked its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount paid, using the same method you used for payment.
